'Séjour agréable, location conforme à la description. Pas trop éloignée du vieux port et de la vieille ville. Point hyper négatif la municipalité rançonne les résidents et vacanciers par des places de parkings payantes y compris dans les quartiers pavillonnaires dont cette location, dommage.'

'The cottage was very clean and comfortable in a lovely style with everything we needed for out 3 week stay in September. There is a private terrace that looks onto the garden which is a relaxing place to drink your morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening. The garden was a real treat for us and a lot of care and attention has gone into creating a beautiful green environment with a wide variety of plants to look at and the butterflies they attract. 'We had a wonderful stay in our gite with our own terras at the back. It is a quiet little bit of paradise. The premises with pool and different seating areas are very well kept. It is located near bigger places such as Rochefort and La Rochelle and of course the lovely islands. Stephan, the host, was very friendly and very helpful with local tips etc.'

'Het hotel op zich is prima. Het ligt echter in een dorp waar werkelijk niets te beleven valt. Daarnaast is het hotel erg krap. Bij de bar kun je maar met 4 personen zitten dan is het vol. Dit geldt ook voor veel andere ruimtes. Restaurant is wel een aanrader, erg lekker gegeten. Mooie inrichting maar niet super schoon.'
