'Firstly, Vrbo stated that the unit is located in Jubilee Subdivision. After paying through the website, Theresa immediately sent the location and her contact which was great. However, the unit was not in Jubilee Subdivision . This was not a major problem as the neighborhood was nice. 'Dawson's hideaway was a nice place to stay, the owner was very pleasant and welcoming. There are quite a lot of places within the area to walk to, like places to eat, bars and the mall is just a short ways away. A nice well kept yard with fruit trees that provided a lot of shade from the sun. I would recommend traveling with mosquito repellent for the evening to avoid mosquito bites. we purchased from the pharmacy on the corner. 'We'll definitely stay again! The owner was sooo accomodating. We had an early morning flight the day of check in and was super tired. They obliged us and allow us to check in early....this alone was 10/5 stars. The property was quaint, clean, cozy, AC was sooo appreciated due to heat. Everything you need was available at this property. We were only here overnight but the first impressions were lasting.'

'The stay was okay, washroom had a strange smell the whole time. There was no house keeping at all. You don’t get to see anyone when you arrive. A bit tricky until you settle down. It was a bit over priced compare to what we were promised. Overall quite unpleasant experience due to luck of cleanliness and poor maintenance. Please do not come unless you don’t have any other choice! '
