"Great experience, beautiful place, the spa is one of the best ones I’ve been to and the staff is very nice and helpful. The only area of improvement would be the bar service and also at the restaurant. Long waits. Other than that it was perfect and would definitely be back."

"Hotel situated right in the centre of town. We really liked the firm beds and great pillows. Room deco was nice though the cupboards were 'old'. Only real gap was TV where there were only 4-5 Irish channels and not Freesat/Sky for UK channels which was a pity. The water cooler was not working. The hotel is a well known wedding venue so can be noisy at weekends"

"I told them that I was staying for lunch and that would be great to add this lunch on the final invoice to limit paper work and treatment of expenses. They say NO, that I have to pay now. I asked why ? They said to avoid I leave without paying... so I paid and I went to another nice restaurant in the city."
