« Correct for us »

« Very large, nicely setup room with sitting area and table & chairs for sitting at. We had a King bed which was very comfortable. The room was very quiet at night for very good sleep. Would stay here again when coming to Fargo, North Dakota. Room was clean with no faults. »

« The staff were great and super friendly. The pool / hot tub area was nice- but the hours for adults only could be reconsidered. While there wanted to be in hot tub, there were 10 children(4 families) in the soace hollering until the 11pm cutoff. »

« Only there for 1 short night because we had to catch an early flight the next morning. Overpriced for that short time. Then they had to charge extra for parking too. Nothing great. »

« This is an extremely fun place to stay. Great food!!! the rooms are really nice. The brewery is outstanding. Multiple different types of beer.And there are little shops to look around. »

« Arrived to a room with trash behind the bed, and hairs all in the bathroom. An insect in the bed that kept biting me that I could never catch to kill, and when I requested more toilet paper (5day stay) I was informed I’d have to go get it myself, they dont bring things to your room. Also for a five day stay they never cleaned my room a single time. »

« I booked this hotel for a concert weekend. Upon arrival the hotel appears run down but for our short stay would hopefully suffice. I immediately stripped the bed (as I do in every hotel I stay in) to find numerous stains on the pillow cases, comforter, sheet, mattress cover, and mattress directly. The large stain on the mattress cover was the exact location, size, shape, and colour as the one on the mattress confirming that this bedding, or at least the bottom sheet, had not been changed. « Quality suites near west acres very poor service from the receptionist ⁃ firstly she can't find our name in the reservation that was made. It took him about 30 minutes to find. ⁃ Secondly the amount was charged twice at two different amounts ⁃ Thirdly she gave us a room which was already occupied ⁃ Fourth, she never apologized for her mistake and she laughed about this situation. »
