'This was a different situation. I had reservations for a different hotel, made on Expedia. I got an email the day of our reservation that the hotel couldn’t accommodate our rooms because of a mechanical problem. They called and found a room at Holiday Inn Express. 'Staying at the Aisling was good: Easy to reserve a room, secure entry to the building and to the room. Room was clean, queen size bed was comfortable, quick to get to from the front door. The ice machine and trash bin were conveniently nearby in the hallway. But, no staff meant no human contact / interaction, which made my stay a little "cold, isolated, and impersonal". '
