« Great place to stay »

« The most adorable, cozy house! 3 college friends stayed for a weekend! The beds are so AMAZING we all want to order the mattress, sheets, pillows, etc. The house is in a great location and just minutes from the downtown area where there are cute shops and restaurants! If we ever come back to Dixon we will for sure stay again!!! »

« This is the cutest little place, and it served as the perfect NYE getaway from the city noise and lights for me & my dog. They have everything you could need on hand and the close proximity to Lake Le-Aqua-Na State Park was just the cherry on top. The hosts were also very responsive when I had questions, which was very appreciated! I would absolutely rebook in the future. »

« Apartment was clean, down to earth (literally, lol...semi-basement apartment, but totally comfortable and plenty of air and light), both furnished and kitchen stocked with the basics, neighborhood was quiet, and bed was comfortable. Considering the sketchy reviews of hotels in the area and that the only dependable one was the Holiday Inn (which charges *Chicago* rates), this was an excellent place to stay. Highly recommended! »

« We have stayed here before so knew how wonderful it was and we wanted to introduce our friends to it and the Galena experience. Once again it was a very enjoyable stay. Everyone loved the cleanse 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the kitchen. I was perfectly supplied and organized. Ot sit out on the porch in the morning and have our coffee was very relaxing. « This place was just what we needed. Loved the gas assisted wood burning fireplace. Was also great that the kitchen had all the items to be function like cookware, knives, and everything for coffee. The main bed was very conformable too. »
