'I am the kind of person who would rather help someone with their small business than hurt them with an unfavorable review. I texted Matt and asked if he would call me so we could chat about his rental; I have now waited a week and he apparently is not interested in my thoughts. So, I guess I’ll post them to keep others from being disappointed. This is a cute Little Blue Cottage, but I arrived at around 6:00 PM and it was totally dark-no porch light was left on, and house was unlit…not very...

'incredible place. I was there for work, but it was a really nice relaxing area to retreat too, and also get some work done in a serene environment. It would be an incredible place for an entire family. And, a good place for friends to get together.'

'Good communication. The place was clean. Good space for a family. My only comment for improvement would be: The beds are a bit small for bringing a family, a full in one and a Queen in the other. The Queen for the bigger room needs a new mattress. The firmness was fine, but it was way too "springy" with any movement. If the mattress was replaced, I would definitely stay here again!'
