'Terrible, beds were so uncomfortable, room was small. Pool was so cold it was unusable. Staff was unhelpful, couldnt even provide extra pillows. Only 2 towels for a room reservation for 4 people. We were right next to the ice machine so that was loud all night. Ac was so loud, it come on every 15 minutes with a rattle and growl.'

The kitchen sink in our suite was absolutely disgusting though. The paper towels were clearly not changed and looked like it had been sitting there for a while. 'The pictures that this place for there ad are far beyond false. Driving up there were people doing drugs out front. Weeds and trash everywhere, and horrible asphalt. The lobby was okay, staff was polite. The room was dingy and damp with a smell of bleach. The door was stuck trying to open it in to the room. They didn’t have a remote for the TV, which they said they could find. There was a huge crack across the entire ceiling with falling paint from it. Not to mention other dark marks all over...
