'Everything was Clean and well kept! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Only complaint we have, was this is the only hotel we have ever stayed in where you could hear people walking (stomping) around in the room above you! Other than that nice hotel!'

'I reserved a queen suite as we were coming from out of town for a surprise birthday party. Or flight got in earlier. I went in to check if we could get checked in early, the lady at the front said the room wasn’t ready and to give her my number and she would call once the room became available. We never got that call, after driving around for a bit, we came back that afternoon and was able to check in. We later discovered that the air in the front part of the suite was out. 'Love this place super clean and smells so nice ! Great breakfast the best around !'

'The hot tub didn’t work. I had to wait 30 mins to get help at the front desk. They never cleaned our room or gave us fresh towels.'

The location is within walking distance of a nice Kroger grocery store and many restaurants. Just across the river in Cincinnati are lots of museums, theaters, restaurants, and other attractions. I was perfect location, with perfect hosts, and a perfect room! We will be staying there again on our next visit.'
