« Loved everything about this place. House was great - big enough for everyone with plenty of space. Pool table and games galore! Comfortable beds! Well stocked! Right on the lake with great views from almost anywhere in the house. we brought our boat and caught several fish! Mainly bass but also a catfish. The boathouse with the lift was a huge plus. Communication with the host was great! Check in and out was super easy. Would highly recommend!! - »

« Amazing stay. Pulled up to an amazing modern lake house a minute from the lake. The boathouse was perfectly situated just inlet of the main lake. So it was less choppy and peaceful for the kids to fish and swim. We spent a day on the lake, drank coffee and made s’mores on the balcony overlooking the priceless view of the lake. »

« Great communication with the host. The cabin was clean , very comfortable and organized. Been coming to Lake Bob Sandlin since the 80s , I’ve owned two log homes in Camp Branch in the past. I highly recommend. »

« The property was great, though the directions to the property need to be more specific because Google Maps and other similar platforms do not have accurate mapping of roads in the vicinity and give misleading directions to the location. »

« Beautiful home and view! Had everything we needed! »

« House is newer construction with all the nice amenities. Full kitchen with all the necessary cookware (rare for todays vrbo). AC worked great and kept the house cool all weekend. Easy sloping yard down to the large dock. Dock was also in excellent shape with deep water. had to call the owner for a small issue and they remedied the probelm in minutes. I would stay here every weekend if I could! »

« Easy check-in process. Beautiful lakefront property with fishing pier/ swimming. Deck to sit and watch wildlife and sunsets. Enjoyed our stay. »

« Amazing little gem in East Texas!! We had a wonderful, peaceful, relaxing 5 days here. The cabin was beautiful with the live edge pine and cedar on the walls. The hosts were very welcoming, kind, and thoughtful. They went out of their way to make sure our trip was an enjoyable one and we had everything we needed. The baked treats were delicious. They also made our dogs feel very welcome and surprised them with a lovely treat bag. We read the amenities ahead of time so knew we would need to bring...

« This property is absolutely amazing. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Communication with host was very easy and fast response! Easiest check in and out. House had everything we needed and more. Super clean and very comfortable beds. The house overall was beautiful and had the best sunsets we have seen even better than our Monterey bay sunsets. « We all loved this home so very much that we are thinking about already booking for next summer. From the perfect location, beautiful home and decor to the relaxing back patio to hang out on and wait for deer to wander up. The house was so clean with plenty of towels for everyone and the kitchen was stocked with any dishes we may have needed. Host was friendly and communicated so very well. Can't wait to return!! »

« Very nice well kept tiny house. We felt very comfortable and slept great. It had a great little deck overlooking a pond. Only a couple of minor issues - the house is pretty close to the highway so there was some road noise but a fan in the bedroom provided enough white noise to cover it. Also, be aware the cell service was limited. We have ATT and were not able to use cellular. The house does however provide wifi with internet so one can utilize that for texting and wifi calling. « Cozy Cabin is just that! Its small, but clean & well appointed ... comfortable bed, nice li ens & towels, great a/c, full kitchen! We love the updated bath & kitchen. Great appliances! Plus, wonderful outdoor spaces. We grilled out the 1st night. We would stay here again. »

« Another great experience at Pine Grove, peaceful and relaxing. The house stayed cool in the heat and the trees provided plenty of shade. The fishing was excellent as we caught over 40 fish in 3 days. And don’t miss the opportunity to interact with Paula and Jim. They are very nice people and very f you need anything just ask. »
