'You get what you pay for. It was very affordable and I can't speak more highly of the staff. Very friendly and helpful. The low review is more about the state of the room and amenities. The rooms did not have an iron/iron board or hair dryer. The ice machine was out of order. The front desk did provide me with an iron but no board and provided me with ice but I had to go to the front desk for them. The toilet did not flush properly and the bedding was stained. But again, you get what you pay...

'The Room 122 had a broken desk desk chair. I call the office ask for a replacement and he told me thats all they had. No replacement with plenty off vacancy rooms . Nice chairs. So the room had bad spots on the walls. Restroom area paint peeling onthe door of Restroom nasty. Sink area had know light it was broken ask for replacement to lady that clean rooms she did let them know a they came in while i was gone and fix it. She did come everyday to clean my room but i keep it clean my self in...

'Our second time staying here. Wonderful host. The house was clean and accommodating to our family. Plenty of beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. We will stay here again when visiting the area.'

'We loved our stay!!! The owner was so friendly and the place was PERFECT!! The rooms were huge and so clean! Outdoors, there was a huge patio with great seating and two grills if you wanted to have a cookout! We were there for the Texas Water Safari and the location was just a few minutes down the road from the finish line and from the restaurants, grocery store and gas station. I hope to stay here again next year!!'
