'Did not get proper instructions for check in process through Expedia. Also, no parking available at private property location. Had to park 2 blocks away from property and pay extra 30 dollars for which should have been included with renting property. Overall very disappointed and will not use Expedia again'

'While the website states "no elevator", NO WHERE does it say that the units are on the 3rd & 4th floors, up VERY STEEP stairs. NOT user-friendly.'

'The room was clean and fairly large. Two bedrooms and a small hide a bed in the living room. The kitchen faucet was loose as was the bathroom door knob. Minor problems. Six people could fit but it would be cozy. Our group was 3 and it was very nice. Many restaurants and bars were not too far away and baseball/ football stadiums weren’t too far away. Definitely worth it and would recommend.'

'The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. After receiving paid confirmation, the host called and inquired on the reason for stay and adamantly referred to the community as “protected” with closely monitored noise ordinances.
