« There isn't much positive to say about this hotel. It is in need of updates. Most of the hotel has seen its better days. There was paint missing in places, the pool area is very aged, there is a sauna listed but is used for a storage closet. The door in our bathroom has scratches on it from a dog. The water faucet leaked in the bathroom. At one point our water was shut off due to a water issue in another room. I did feel bad for the man that was trying to manage both the desk and breakfast area....

« Bathroom had dirt on the floor. There was no Kleenex and only three pillows for a king size bed and two adults. The couch was is poor condition and the towel rack in the bathroom was loose. The bath towels were more like the size of two hand towels sewn together. The staff was friendly and quick at the check-in desk. »

« The fridge needed to be thawed, and the bed made noise whenever I changed positions. The filter/vents on the AC unit needed cleaned. The selection for breakfast was cereal, oatmeal or toast and milk. No juice, no waffle, no hard boiled eggs, etc. »

Heating and air unit was brand new and worked exactly like it should, though the auto fan was a bit noisy when trying to watch tv, but that is too be expected. The shower took a long time to heat, so i had a cold shower, but the sink water was just fine, which seemed strange. « We stayed three nights in a king room on the third floor near the elevators. Overall, our stay was pleasant, with several highlights as well as a few areas needing improvement. The king room itself was somewhat small and lacked a refrigerator, with only one chair available for seating. However, the bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were excellent.
