'Very dishonest staff and the manager did not help the situation. I checked in when I had a standard room and I requested a room for two beds and asked if I would be charged. They told me I would not be charged. I also double-checked the following day with the front desk and told me I would not be charged. Upon checking out, they told me I was charged $144. Terrible and the manager did help the situation. It was my first time to Burundi and had this terrible welcome at this hotel and will never...

'Het Roca golf hotel is net geopend, dus de staat van het hotel is prima. Ik denk overigens dat de bouwmateriaalkeuze op de kamers in sommige gevallen er voor zal zorgen dat de "wear and tear" binnen korte tijd erg zichtbaar wordt. De hotel staff is vriendelijk en voorkomend, in sommige gevallen bijna pijnlijk onderdanig. Prachtige golf site.'
