« Our stay at the Great Escape Lodge was fantastic! The house is a magnificent historical structure. All rooms were ready and perfect for our arrival (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, etc...all perfect). We grilled and shared stories and good laughs on the back deck. The living room was perfect for all of us to catch up after a day of activities and share our adventures. Key for us was how easy the owners made everything for our stay. « The room was very cute. It was very clean. Very welcoming. However, the bed needs rotate or replaced. You roll to the middle, its lumpy and not comfortable. The property has horrible lighting it is dark. The property has horrible signage. We had to get out of our car to figure out building numbers. Unless they individual owners had light up or reflective signage you could not tell the building and room numbers. « We booked this house for our party of 12 including adults, teenagers, and young children. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful decor, serene location, proximity to activities, and included amenities. The kids loved the arcade game and pool table while the adults were grateful for the well stocked kitchen. When several problems popped up (electrical upstairs and missing bedding for the rollaway bed,) the call center arranged for a quick response. Deer were spotted around the cabin and the fire pits...
