'wij hadden een superieur kamer die was top.Onbijt slaagt heel hard tegen voor een 5 steren hotel ,wij verbleven er 9 dagen en was telkens hetzelfde hebben zelf chacutrie meegebracht op dag 5 en choco.Hygiene laat te wensen over in het buffet resturant voor een 5 steren hotel de saus van dag ervoor hing nog aan zout perper vatjes borden nog met etens resten.steak resturant is lekker maar heel beperkt in keuze en was dag 3 al dicht voor renovaties.De andere gasten vooral van Israel waren niet zo...

'Amazing hotel with fancy suites (two rooms). The rooms are very clean, and every day every guest gets a chocolate ball, and water bottle. The hotel is at the entrance to Bansko a 5-minute drive from the entrance to the Old Center. The hotel has free nearby parking. Not all staff speaks English but everyone is eager to help. Breakfast is rich and very good. There is a spa center, which includes a heated pool, hot tub and saunas.'

'To be honoust the price/quality is not fully balanced. The cost for a superior room compared to other way more luxurious places. That being said, the beds are very comfortable and big. They are well equipped with a fridge, coffee and thee maker and the room is spacious and at the back of the hotel very quite. The hotel is situated only a few steps away from the main boulevard where you can get all you want, food, drinks, shopping …. '

'Vi hadde et veldig bra opphold over seks dager på hotellet. Fine og romslige rom. Rent og pent. God og variert mat. hotellet hadde litt utfordringer med kaffemaskiner under frokosten. Ofte kø og maskiner som stoppet opp. Synes servicen på en del av de ansatte kunne vært opp et hakk eller to. Vi var der sent på sesongen, så mulig de var lei, men vi som kunder mener at det er lurt å gi et smil og prøve å si noe når man står i baren eller man rydder bord. '

'This hotel is really great. Rooms are spacious, very clean, modern, beds are comfortable, good bathroom, good breakfast buffet. The staff is very professional and kind. We chose the hotel for the proximity of the train station. We arrived and left Sofia by train. We were really surprised that this hotel was of such a high quality. The city centre is not so close by; as you can read in other reviews. But there is a tram stop nearby. As public transport is so well organised and not expensive this...
