« Wonderful customer service from top to bottom! »

« Robbed me of $150 for "room security fee" and promised to give it back the next morning when they saw I had not damaged the room. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still fighting them for my refund. Beware .... Do not stay here!! »

« When I checked in, I was told I had prepaid. When I came back to my room at 11:00pm my key wouldn't work. I had been locked out because I had not prepaid. I was treated like I was a common thief. »

« The hotel sent an email the day before arrival saying my reservation was cancelled due to "unavoidable circumstances". There was no additional explanation given. No refund was mentioned either and I was told to refer back to Hotels.com for any possible refund. This was the weekend of the local University's Homecoming/Student Preview which I was attending so it was impossible to find a replacement hotel on such short notice. My friends in the area said it was a good thing to not stay here though....
