'When I checked in, I was told I had prepaid. When I came back to my room at 11:00pm my key wouldn't work. I had been locked out because I had not prepaid. I was treated like I was a common thief. '

'The hotel sent an email the day before arrival saying my reservation was cancelled due to "unavoidable circumstances". There was no additional explanation given. No refund was mentioned either and I was told to refer back to Hotels.com for any possible refund. This was the weekend of the local University's Homecoming/Student Preview which I was attending so it was impossible to find a replacement hotel on such short notice. My friends in the area said it was a good thing to not stay here though....

'The River Front Get Away (locally known as the Bait Shop) was a perfect location for our family! Ted was the hostess with the mostest! From cornhole, firepit, water features, to bubbles for the babies. Our clan will be back for future gatherings and reunions! '
