« Room was perfectly adequate for us. The check in process was appalling. We arrived a couple of hours after the earliest check in time to find a big queue of angry people. Check in was being done by the security guard - he was brilliant and deserves a medal - who was doing his best to resolve all sorts of problems. We checked in eventually after 45 minutes or so. « Overpriced for what you get - tiny bedroom and ceilings in the basement flats very low. Bathroom was good with good water pressure. Couldn't get internet and no-one to ask over the weekend as reception closed. »

« The room is good and of a reasonably high standard. There are however two major challenges. The room was on the top floor which from the car park is three flights of stairs. A lot when you’re carrying several large bags and clothes for a wedding. The second big issue is the hall lights on a sensitive room sensor. There is no way to switch this off or lights off.
