« There is a lower parking lot and they take you up in a kawasaki mule. My wife's RAV4 AWD would have had trouble with that road. Hosts are johnny on the spot and the cabin was seclusion heaven. Just the right mix of outback charm but with all the modern amenities. I will be making this an annual stop for sure. »

« The house was very nice and had all the amenities you could need. It was great to have access to a washer and dryer and full kitchen. Parking was also a breeze. There isn't much nearby with regard to shops or restaurants, but that was obvious on the map, so we were prepared. The host was very responsive to messages. We had one issue that came up in the evening, but it couldn't be resolved at that time. The central AC doesn't cool the upstairs too well, but each upstairs bedroom and the bathroom...

« I'd like to start with, we appreciated a place to stay. Id also like to say had it been warmer my grandkids would have at least been able to play outside. So the yard being there was nice. We did each have a space to sleep.We did experience quite a few issues.Upon getting to the property the front door was not secured, my daughter got there first with 3 little kids, so she waited for me and my husband to get there so my husband could check the peoperty before going in. « We’ve been coming to HMT for about 6 years. The house was great. Clean. Well maintained. Host was readily available for any and all questions. Self check in. Love the central location between all of our normal trails. I gave it a 4 star over all because although it had free wifi there was no cellular service. For some of our crew it was difficult to keep in touch with family. The other issue was the couches were too low for our crew. I know they change to beds but sitting in them was difficult...
