'Lily at front desk was amazing and helpful when I need first aid. The hotel was sooo loud! Kids running up and down the halls all night! I realize it was because of a youth baseball tournament , but it was NOT a good nights sleep!'

'Room suck mirrors very dirty tv dirty faucet in bathroom loose gross. There mold bathroom .carpet yucky walk on. Smelled. Ask handicapped room said didn't have anying offal sister couldn't take shower.'

'Nice standard US type hotel but the housekeeping is best described as 'inconsistent'. Twice coffee not replenished, once bed not made, once no bath mat. Not major issues but just sloppy. Bonfire restaurant was very nice though.'

'I was disappointed with cleaning crew , I stayed two nights and expected them to replace the towels and empty the trash but nope .'

'Room was average hotel room. No windows only slider to pool area. Pool area was large with water puddles. Breakfast area was clean and coffee was good. Worst part of the whole stay was the restaurant. Horrible service if you could even get service. 45 minute wait for food and then it was wrong but they couldn’t make what we ordered because by then the kitchen was closed. Two other tables just got up and left because no one waited on them. Only two other people in the place so no excuse....
