'Breakfast was rough. Cold eggs and razor thin bacon. Not much to write home about. Pool area was closed due to a rain storm. First time I have seen this. No fresh baked cookies which is normally a plus for this hotel chain.'

'Nice standard US type hotel but the housekeeping is best described as 'inconsistent'. Twice coffee not replenished, once bed not made, once no bath mat. Not major issues but just sloppy. Bonfire restaurant was very nice though.'

'The hotel was very clean and unique building. The breakfast box in the fridge and the bottles of water were a really nice touch and appreciated. The only thing that would have been nice was a bigger window. '

'Everything was great except for the shower. Only scorching hot or ice cold water. I monkeyed with it for like 7 minutes. Bed was comfy also'

'The pool was unheated and had bugs floating in it. The hot tub was unusable and filled with sludge (though he did tell us when we arrived that the hot tub was out of order). They had a waffle maker but no batter and the toaster took several rounds to get partially toasted bread. Our bathtub had hair in it. Beds were fine. I chose this hotel based on ratings and was very surprised at what we encountered. The staff was friendly, but given all of our other issues, I wouldn’t stay here again. '

'The rooms were nice, and clean, but those beds are horribly firm. I had to switch to a different hotel across town after the first night, I couldn't sleep. I stay in alot of hotels, and have never had beds like this, including at other courtyard and standard Marriott locations. '

'Our room was 87 degrees when we got there, which was a little too warm. But other than that it was clean and location was convenient '

'A bit on the outskirts of Mankato. Had everything I needed for an overnight stay. Staff clearly works hard to maintain the property. Clean. Great value for a reasonable price. I would stay there again and would recommend '
