'Overall, this is a five star property. We had no issues that warranted contacting mgmt. Rooms were clean and the home was exactly as described. It's a great location for visiting the San Antonio area. The only minor isdues to mention arethe dryer is loud, the laundry door is missing a roller guide, the master bedroom bed frame squeaks excessively. The perimeter fencing needs repairs. "Groundfloor looks nice, but rooms are old and lifts are very small. No diner available, this can be bought in adjacent restaurant with the same name. We where told it has no affiliation with the hotel. Rooms are big but outdated and bathroom was also out of date and uncomfortable."
