Vakantiehuizen in Benton County

'We couldn't have asked for a better experience for our stay here! Seclusion and peace, while having space to enjoy the outdoors! Kade was incredibly accommodating and responsive and the property was impeccable. I loved the 2nd level patio and the pergola-covered deck area overlooking the pond! We enjoyed grilling and sitting on the patio furniture while watching our boys in the back. My 3 boys LOVED fishing off the dock, jumping on the trampoline, and going in the boat! Multiple nights of having...

'Probably not everyone's cup of tea. Kind of dated inside and a little bare bones. Not very many amenities in the kitchen. Only 1 pod provided for the Keurig ( good thing only one of us drinks coffee!) and 1 roll of TP which barely lasted for the one night we stayed there. Of course there is a grocery store right across the street, but still... The bed was comfy and the shower was very good. Location was right on a fairly busy corner and we were apprehensive of noise but turned out OK. Everything...

'We had a great experience! We especially appreciated the washer and dryer. Many places we’ve stayed have only enough supplies for the time you’re there (I.e two garbage bags, two dish pods, etc.) but there were plenty of supplies to get us through. The only thing I wish I knew going in was that the kitchen didn’t have things like a sheet pan or measuring cup which required us to get creative with some of our cooking. Other than that, I cannot say enough good things about our stay!'

'A great low-cost option in a great location.'

'This property was perfect for our needs. It was a very cozy stay. Everything you need for food or shopping very convenient.'

'Most things were broken and the hosts were near unreachable. Good idea to splurge on something better. '

'We had a really great time here at this COZY, but well-appointed Cottage. Everything was there that we required for a GREAT stay. Location is EXCELLENT to all that Cedar Rapids has to offer. Communication with our Host was immediate and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here, thanks to a GREAT place !'

'Nice'

'We had a pleasant stay and was able to visit with family in the area.'

'I booked this for a family get together with 16 guests. I had to change to 8 people and add a pet dog at the last minute. I am glad we did not have all 16, as that would have been too many. There is only 1 full bathroom in each unit so that would not have been enough. The 8 guests was perfect amount. Everything was good. We enjoyed the front porch and off street parking.'

'Everything was great , had a wonderful stay.'

'The pictures are exactly correct! It was quiet! And....You are 1 block from downtown. Make sure you visit the Nook bookshop the Readers Cup coffee shop and George's local restaurant! The apartment was clean and we even saw a cleaner in the hall doing the front windows and floor during our stay. The neighbor hood was safe and you get off street parking which is perfect for the busy Saturdays!'

'Kadia's Place was wonderful. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!'
