Pleasant evening-turn downs with a room refresh given. Villa Lara is 1 minute walk from the Tours pick-up, the Cathedral, shops and great restaurants. Highly recommended. '

'The location is quite but the distance to the beaches is perfect. Breakfast was fine , just need some cold water to voldoen your hot boiled egg. The assortiment could be a little more. Otherwise we loved the pancakes and croissants. The room was spacious, clean and just perfect for a family of 3. The bed was comfortable. We had a great stay. '

'We had a wonderful stay . Both the junior suite and the standaard room were pleasant and very comfortable. The staff was more than helpful and made our stay very pleasant. The restaurant is very good.'

'It was a wonderful stay in a French chateau in the countryside. We rented a car so there was no issue with transportation but I’m not sure how you would get around if you didn’t have one. Our room was on the top floor but they helped carry the suitcases up as there was no elevator. I was worried about not having air conditioning but there was a fan in the room and when the windows were open it had a nice cross breeze so it wasn’t an issue. 'Goede uitvalsbasis voor al het leuks en moois wat Normandië te bieden heeft. Bv. Invasiestranden en museums etc. Hotel was sober maar schoon. Gewoon prima. 1x gegeten in het restaurant beneden en dat was zeer goed. Kortom prettig toeven. Hier kom ik nog een keer terug om de streek verder te verkennen.'

'Hotel was cosy en schoon. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Zwembad was zalig , ontbijt was goed. Eigenlijk kan ik geen min punten bedenken. Kan iedereen dit hotel aanbevelen '

'A convenient hotel for visiting Bayeux. There is plenty of parking and the the town is a short walk away. Parking in town can be difficult, so we always walked. The rooms are comfortable, if a little basic. All rooms open onto an outdoor walkway, Ok so long as it isn't raining.'

'We had a family apartment with two bedrooms. It was perfect with our 3 kids. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Just perfect accommodation for a family. '
