'Beautiful house, very spacious and clean. Multiple rooms and each had a gorgeous bathroom. Beds were a little uncomfortable with the plastic on it and the house was a bit far from the city, but other than that loved the property and everything about it. '

'Hotel is good but not outstanding. Location is great, close to all you need. Staff is friendly and always there when needed. Could been given a room at the inner court instead of the street side to our family with two small kids, barking dogs on the street near our room kept kids awake. Breakfast has a good selection but only filtered coffee is a no-go, no orange juice. Nice pool but jacuzzi’s did not work. Friendly staffed pool bar. Gym was fine.'

'Do not book at this establishment, it does not exist. This hotel was bought and no longer exists. However, the former owner can still collect the money, I must now make a claim to hope to see my money back.'

'We really enjoyed our stay here and were disappointed to leave! The property was well maintained and safe, the rooms were very clean, spacious, and well decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable! Although it's a bit out of the downtown core we always found a tuk tuk immediately and it was just a $3 ride to downtown. The staff was always helpful when needed. I would go back in a heartbeat! '

'We enjoyed our stay at Maison Leab. William and his team were excellent. If you want to enjoy your time in Cambodia, this is the hotel to book. Food outlets are in walking distance. The hotel provides free one way shuttle service (tuk tuk) to town from 6-9pm every day. The swimming pool is clean and great for all the family. '

'The room we wanted was not available but we got another room that was a bit smaller, cheaper and very nice. The owners refunded the difference to us, and we liked the hotel so much that we stayed three days longer. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. If I could, I would give them six stars out of five. '

Excellent stay at Saem Siem Reap Hotel

"I had a fantastic experience at Saem Siem Reap Hotel. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. The hotel features a beautiful pool, which was a highlight of my stay—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with excellent pool towels. The rooms were spotless and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff were incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to assist with any requests. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced the experience. Overall, I highly recommend Saem Siem Reap Hotel for anyone visiting Siem Reap. "Klein boutique hotel in het centrum van Siem Reap. Kamers zijn ruim en prima ingericht. Hotel heeft een eigen zwembad, maar ontbijten moet in het hotel er tegenover (dat is ook van de Temple Group, net als sommige zaken in Pub Street). Ontbijt is het minpunt van deze accommodatie. Sompige croissants, halfwarm sap en regelmatig lege schappen. Koffie ook niet erg lekker. Dit past niet bij een 5 sterren hotel. Menig 3 sterren hotel heeft betere ontbijt kwa. Jammer! Aanvullende faciliteiten zijn goed, waaronder de massage. Hotel is op loopafstand van Pub street. Personeel maakt het verschil: vriendelijk en behulpzaam."

Great location, with a great staff members

"Great hotel with a great team and very well located. Perfect place to stay to visit the temples and do some other day trip, with a great opportunity to relax after a long day. We went with our teenagers and they didn’t want to leave!"
