Jammer genoeg duurt de check-in heel lang en word je na check-in doorverwezen naar iemand die het complex uitlegt en je ineens probeert uit te nodigen voor de sales-talk om een verblijf te kopen. Na een lange auto-rit heeft niemand behoefte aan een half uur durende check-in'

'Didnt deal with any staff due to late xheck in and early check out so cant really rate them. Shower was a little too small and the bathroom not really enough space to manoeuvre but thats literally the only thing. Everything else was pretty good'

'Nette vrij moderne cabin/chalet. Prima centrale ligging. Mooi maar vrij koud zwembad, aangenaam warm bubbelbad. Rustige camping/hotel tijdens ons verblijf. Leuke locatie net aan het strand. '

'This property is really great, with great room and all the amenities such as cups, milk, tea cattle. They also have someone on property 24/7 which was great as well. Everything was outstanding except they didn’t provide disposable slippers. If they can provide disposable slippers that would be great as well. Otherwise everything else was provided including Iron and iron stand. Every room has their designated parking space so no issues for parking at all.'

'I arrived at 4.30pm and my room was not ready. I waited and it took nearly 2 hours before the room was ready. The staff member could not locate my room or provide access to the kitchen. The amenities were not clean and the room assigned to me belonged to a lodger, whose personal belongings were in the room. The accommodation was noisy until 1am in the morning so I barely got any sleep. There were cobwebs galore on the windows and the fly screen was broken and I could not turn the power point off...

'Had an excellent stay here. Very clean, well furnished.Check in was very easy after instructions emailed before hand. Super comfy bed with modern large flatscreen tv. I like the secure parking underneath also. I would gladly enjoy a cool drink from my balcony at The Waves anytime.'
