'The view was amazing at Belmont it was absolutely breath taking and the rooms and washrooms were very clean. The breakfast was good as well. The only caution to look out for it there’s bugs that come in the room at night through the door to the balcony if there’s so hidden spaces, but if u stuff a bag or something in those spaces it should be okay. The rooms are built into the side of the hill, with wooden doors and windows openingnupmon the view - so tjink more like a challet (or lodge!) than fancynjotel room. 'Wat een geweldige ervaring! Een prachtig gebied en een geweldige manager! Bij binnenkomst een zeer vriendelijke man met een glimlach op zijn gezicht. Nihal, de manager, verteld je met alle liefde over zijn land en over de Do's en de Dont's. Hij geeft jou het gevoel van vakantie en een beetje meer! Het hotel heeft een geweldig uitzicht op de Ella Rock. Het gebied is adembenemend om te gaan wandelen en was in onze ogen het mooiste van Sri Lanka. '

'Avoid this hotel at all cost. Room is infested with insects, bed bugs and mosquitos. We spent 1 hour just killing insects and sanitising the room before we could unpack. stained bed sheet and hot shower only lasted less than 10 mins and next day still no hot water, electricity supply was on and off at night, the worst was that the hotel manager did not even respond to our messages.
