« Very cute cottage that sits on a farm. You can watch the goats and sheep while sipping coffee on the front porch. The cottage is modern with a nice bed, big modern bathroom, and a mini kitchenette with table, keurig, mini fridge, and microwave. The room is not very big though so it would be best for solo travelers or couples. The place is an easy 8 minute drive from Staunton shops and restaurants. I’d definitely stay again for the ambiance, nature, and charm. »

« The cottage is quaint, well kept, and surpringly spaceous! We were greeted by the owner and the fridge was stocked with basic necessities. They were very welcoming and accommodating. »

« We are return guests. Our pups love the back yard and the lil’ streams. Everything we needed was provided. (We brought our own crates/dog beds.) It’s a very old cabin with an addition, but we adore the older, rustic charm. Having a washer/dryer in the basement is wonderful, wifi was strong, brand new towels, nice heaters in each room and communication with the owner was great! « House had not been recently cleaned. The inside of the kitchen refrigerator had to be cleaned. The bathtub had dead flies in it. The laundry room refrigerator had 3 rotted cabbages in it. The kitchen freezer had a pie shell in it, an open can of what looked like bacon grease, and an ice pack that had mold on it. Pots and pans had burnt residue on them. Silverware had old food on it and the drawers that had shelf paper; the shelf paper was stained. We basically spent Friday night cleaning and...
