'Loved the map of town on the wall with the notable areas marked. Geneva is such a cute place, you just have to know where to look. The food was good, hotel was very clean. We didn't get a chance to use the gym or pool, but they were both neat and clean. 10/10 would stay again. Starbucks next door was great too!'

'Upon arrival our room smelled of cigarette smoke we alerted the front desk and they sent up some room spray in a bottle. I went to take a shower and the shower head was dirty. The refrigerator was non-functional and you could see the wires behind the fridge because there was a hole behind it. The carpet was dirty. The manager was made aware and apologized and said she would work things out with me. I have not seen a refund because I secured the trip through Expedia. So not sure if any...

'It's a nice trip back in time to the 1970's to go to this motel. The staff was very nice, and so were my neighbors. The power went out, and I didn't have heat, but they were able to get everything fixed once I got the information to the front desk.'

'The hotel and room were clean, however, our room smelled like dog or urine. I just think they should have pets stay in select rooms only so that people that do not travel with dogs never have to smell that circulating all night. Also, the sheets just feel a little cheap. They are a bit scratchy and sticky feeling. This is a common issue I have with these more affordable hotels is that they have lower quality sheets. 'This hotel is a gem situated on Lake Erie. Although we didn’t have a lake view from our room the views from the common area, where we ate our wonderful complimentary breakfast, are wonderful! Our room was small but adequate for our one night stay. The cookies and local chocolates were a pleasant surprise. The fun and festivities of Geneva on the Lake are a short walk away.'
