'Being unfamiliar with the TV setup, it would have really helped to have a paper guide to its workings. After three days, we were finally able to turn on the sound and determine which controller turned on the TV, and even why we had so many options when we absolutely did not know what was. Disc network is simple. This setup is a real problem for the technologically handicapped. '

'A few inconveniences, lack of prep/readiness from host, cabin was nice and peaceful just a couple amenities that are listed as provided were missing (bath tissue, coffee, prior guests account was still in use on tv) Hosts did cover cost of dinner for having to finish 2 loads of sheets and towels and make the bed. Wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the kayaks.FYI- this was our first time visiting Mena and riding the trails at Wolf Pen. This was my mistake not confirming mileage to trail head but it’s far! About 15 miles and having to drive on two highways. We didn’t feel comfortable so we decided to haul our SxS to the trailhead instead each day. '
