Really nice outdoor seating by the fire pit, and really lovely large screened in porch - perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Everything was clean and well organized. The dam released during our stay so we enjoyed watching that and thank you Scott for giving the heads up on that in your notes. 'Property was very unique, little dated but that's not really a bad thing and too be expected as the entire town is very historic. Bed was surprisingly one of the most comfortable I've experienced away from home. Jetted tub was extremely large and takes forever to fill but worth it in the end. Stayed in the cliffside with very little complaints I would 10/10 stay here again. Walking distance to downtown and always having a place to park nearby especially during busy tourist days is major plus. '

'The property was perfect for us. It was one of only a few advertised as handicapped accessible. We loved the porch & being able to look out over the water and watch the sunsets The location was easy access to Hot Springs National Park. The owner recommended visiting Garvan Woodland Gardens. Turns out, that was the highlight of the trip for me. It's such a beautiful place and very accessible for our wheelchair bound son. Scott was super responsive to any inquiries we sent.'
