'I didn't do breakfast and the hot tub, I came to Pagosa to take my son and his friend to Wolf Creek to snowboard. Maybe another time. Our stay was pleasant.'

'Stayed over the Thanksgiving weekend for a quiet get away. The room was SPOTLESSLY CLEAN. Friendly staff and we had the place to ourselves. Very dog friendly with a small dog park area. Older property without central heat/air but good gas heater. Pride of ownership shows as the property and grounds are clean and well maintained. I imagine it’s a pretty lively place in the summer for RVers. Would recommend!'
