'This hotel allows groups of men to loiter in the parking lot at night. This hotel did not clean my room or give me a new towel or anything. When I asked why the clerk replied " no we dont clean every day". We had complaints. Of course I got no discount.'

'The staff was great. When I asked to change my room they did. They were very helpful and pleasant. The room, however, had a terrible musty, smelly odor, it was damp, and the carpet was damp and musty. I’m not sure if the AC was working, it was not cold in the room, it was not hot either, but I am glad that I only stayed one night.'

Access to our room was given to another guest who tried repeatedly to enter our room and then proceed to argue that we were in his room even though my 2 children and I had been there asleep for HOURS! When I reached out to the front desk to ask for help I was basically told they were too busy, no apology, no explanation, nothing. 'The room smelled a little funny. Probably from the old carpet or the AC? There was no computer in the business center. The staff were friendly and the location was pretty good. There were many food places within walking distance.'
