'The bathroom sink drain needs attention but the shower needs even more attention as the drain was severely plugged and wouldn't drain!!!'

'Great family vacation! The water park was perfect for us! Do be warned you only get 4 wristbands! We don’t know sadly but it all worked out'

'The bed was extremely comfortable & the pillows, probably the most comfortable of all other hotels & Ive stayed in a lot . The room was very clean , the staff were personable . We enjoyed our stay .'

'It was fine for the price. Close to the arena.'

'I love the whole pool area. The staff and food at Rudy's Red-eye are exceptional. My only small gripe is that the rooms smell too much like cleaning agent.'

'Staff was helpful and fast. Room was nice and clean. Great hotel'

'Location'

'It's an older property in need of a major update. The breakfast was good. I didn't use the pool. Our bathroom wasn't clean when we got there.'

'Prima hotel al zou ik nooit meer deze keten kiezen. Naast alle andere hotels die wij kozen was deze de mindere. Het personeel was kortaf en niet spontaan. Valt meteen op in het overdreven vriendelijke Amerika. '

'It was okay for the money. I've seen worse, but the bathroom had two different colored paint, an off white and white like someone tried to touch up, but didn't use the same color paint. The televisions were much smaller than what I am typically used to in a hotel.'

'Continental breakfast is excellent! We enjoy the variety of food. Staff is always very helpful and friendly.'

'The staff that checked us in was very rude, and unprofessional. He appeared to be sleeping and could have been upset that we woke him up, we had a late check in. He shoved the keys to us and walked away, literally giving us super short answers to questions we asked. The towels at the hotels are white, however you could see the stain and dirt in them. Graciously we took our own towels. They need their towels replaces. The room was average cleaned, could use some deep cleaning. I wouldn't...

'A bit musky smelling'
