'We hadden geen hoge verwachtingen maar deze werden zelfs niet behaald. Bazen van het hotel waren aanwezig maar hielpen bij niks. Iedere dag waren er kakkerlakken aanwezig in de kamer en badkamer. Bij het melden kregen we gewoon een spuitbus om ze zelf te verwijderen. Ontbijt was goed maar je diende wel een half uur te wachten terwijl het enkel wij waren die er gebruik van maakten.'

'La dirección está equivocada para empezar, el mapa marca que está por Chiacam pero realmente está en Cobán ( a un promedio de 25 km de distancia ) no es “Casa Completa” es un hotel por lo que no pudimos usar todos los espacios, el lugar estaba horrorosamente sucio, tuvimos que comprar veneno para zancudos y cucarachas, la cocina no es como la fotografía, todo estaba sucio de la cocina, gracias a Dios nosotros llevamos nuestros utensilios, como habían otros inquilinos por ser hotel el lugar,...

'Super nice place, lovely, super helpful staff! The showers weren’t hot, but not freezing. Great base for exploring the area. We hiked to the top of one of the mountains with a guide arranged by the manager. THEN floated through a cave on tubes. Super fun day! '

'Excelente hotel para ir en familia, muy acogedor y muy amable el personal. Nos recibió Manuel, el día que llegamos super tarde, y nos esperaba para acomodarnos, sabía muy bien que íbamos con una niña pequeña, así que un muy buen recibimiento. Los dormitorios muy bien aseados y se notaba que estaban bien fumigados, sin insectos ni nada, a pesar de estar en la selva, las comidas del restaurante muy buenas en relación calidad y precio. Muy acogedor el entorno y entretenido para andar con niños.'
