« Great place to stay. A fantastic value with plenty of places to eat in walking distance and the metro is relatively close. Like staying in a piece of history as the place has been around, but very well maintained and clean. The stairs are narrow, but that is what you get in a place that old. Stayed with my wife and 4 kids and we all loved it. There is also a GIGANTIC TV which was perfect form when we had already walked 18,000 steps and needed to crash. short version: Loved it!! »

« Our family absolutely loved our stay at Duvall House! The home was spacious enough for all 8 of us and had modern and spacious bathrooms and kitchen. The home is beautiful and filled with antiques and reproductions that make it easy to envision the past. Old Town Alexandria is a charming location that is filled with cute shops and eateries a short walk away from the house. Yet it is also easy to go into DC to see the sights there.
