« Lovely location. Collin was easily available through text and call throughout the stay, which was very helpful. There were some challenges with parking which is largely due to the reality of being in Old Town and confusion of what street parking was available, but my group and I made it work. Carpooling definitely made things easier. Beds were comfy and the house was spacious. The open concept for the living and dining room was perfect for a group. »

« This townhouse is lovely and walkable to the shops and restaurants of Old Town Alexandria and the metro stops. The two parking spots behind the townhouse are most helpful. The host is super responsive and helpful with suggestions. »

« The house worked well for our family of 7. It was clean and communication was excellent, although it would have helped older renters to have information about operating tv and more directions about trash disposal etc. It was a short walk to the Metro, although we found it less expensive to drive into DC. Supermarket (Trader Joe’s) and restaurants were nearby. It was as described and we would stay here again. »

« The property is nice and updated, looks just like the pictures. The backyard is a great retreat! The 2 private parking spaces made it comfortable to come and go. The beds are comfortable and plenty of towels and convenience items (shampoo, trash bags, etc). The hosts were accessible during the stay, but we didn’t need them. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay near DC, this place in a nice quiet neighborhood is a perfect choice. »

« The house was clean and so cute! The beds were clean. Everything you need was provided even shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The best part was the shower. The pressure of the water was like a massage!! »

Staying in an area we knew nothing about was a gamble when finalizing the decision, but we were so happy with the home we picked especially after seeing the areas of the other ones we considered. The home was located in a great area with easy access to everything and off-street parking which was important as we had a rental car. The beds were so comfortable we wanted to sleep in every day.
