'I didn't like how outdated it was. The first room I was in, the bath tub had dark stains on. I believe from being old but still. They moved me to a different room that had been updated. That was a lot better. It was noisy. You could hear the people around especially when they opened and closed the door. The staff were so kind and helpful. The pool and hot tub weren't bad either'

'The breakfast was very poor. Fake eggs, sausages the size of a quarter. Coffee was weak, and very small flimsy coffee cups. No elevator. The room was very clean as was bedding. The refrigerator was set way too high and froze my food and drinks that were stored. No rear access to the gazebo’s on the River. Price was cheap, so I guess that’s what you get. The staff was pleasant'

'The property is beautiful, the gardens are breathtaking, and the staff is kind and seen often working on the property. The lakeside view is exquisite, the cottage itself is absolutely charming. The location is perfect for a summer weekend. We will definitely visit again, Highly recommend.'

'Property was welcoming to dogs but there wasn’t a way to get pre-authorization - although they requested it- even though I didn’t get that information until I checked in. There were no blankets! There was a light cover and a sheet on the bed. No blankets in the closet just one extra pillow. Also no Kleenex. Please was clean. Lovely view and nice beach frontage. Unfortunately the property owner decided to blow the leaves from the property. Then crews came to work on the property -backhoe, dump...

'I needed a quiet, affordable place to work on a writing project and booked at the last minute (literally, I booked and immediately got in the car and drove three hours to the cabin). In spite of the last-minute booking, everything was perfect and it was exactly what I needed. I will definitely stay here again.'

'I liked the look and feel of the cabin. It had WiFi and very comfortable beds. Outside area was a cute setup with a nice fire pit. You can see the water from the cabin, but there is no way to access it unless you drive to a public beach which takes like 15 minutes or so. Which isn't bad but not well explained in the listing. The cabin was well located for restaurants, groceries, and mini golf. '
