'I stayed while working at Albany Medical Center, and it was a perfect location for this! I could walk to the hospital, shops and restaurants. The apartment was cute, quiet and very clean. It was a great place to come home to after a busy day. Michaela, the host, was very helpful and responsive -- checking in on my stay. I appreciated the available washer and dryer. 'We could not get in the front door luckily another tenant let us in and borrow their key for the night. The host didn’t respond for over a hour and a half . The next morning we found moldy food in the microwave that had to have been there for weeks. No toilet paper. The shower does not drain you’re lucky if you have time to clean off before it’s overflowing. Then the host tried to blame me for not contacting her about the problems. I sent messages in real time as I found things as we were there...
