'Dit hotel is veel achterstallig onderhoud, slechte service en heeft dringend een opknapbeurt nodig. De tv in de kamer heeft slechts drie kanalen, waarvan meestal met storing. Er is geen Wi-Fi op de kamers. Het zwembad lijkt weinig onderhoud te krijgen, gezien de armoedige staat waarin het verkeerd. Als je de front desk confronteert met feedback, krijg je een erg laconieke reactie. Het hotel is het geld niet waard.'

'This is a great boutique hotel very convenient to downtown so you can walk to the store. The room was extremely clean and cozy. The staff were always extremely helpful. The breakfast was amazing lots of variety and they make any style egg that you would like. Splurge on the view it’s totally worth it. The gift shop right next to the hotel is 10/10 and this is also where you can book massages. We had two while we were there and they were both amazing!!'

'There is no communal pool here so don't be fooled by the pictures, unless you book a villa you will not have a pool. THE WORST PART WAS I couldn't leave the hotel FOR ANOTHER because there were no other hotels on island that had any free rooms for the time I was there :( I stayed here for 3 night and during the days I was gone exploring, every night when I was back the electricity was gone at least 7 times per night for at least 3-10 minutes time spans. 'The location was very convenient. We particularly liked being near Long Island Park Beach. It was just 17 minutes walk. Great free snorkelling and a great jungle hike. We could walk to the museums - Etpison and Belau National and the aquarium and to Elelei Seaside Restaurant. Great dining location and amazing food. The lunch $20 fish of the day with soup, salad, iced tea/coffee, coffee, bread in top class ambience and service was amazing. We also rented a car from the place above the nearby...

'Extremely accommodating staff....spotless hotel. No real amenities. Next door to a restaurant with full menu and very pleasant staff. Not "right downtown" but minutes away but vehicle, about 15 minutes walk. Minutes walking away from Sam's Dive Shop and other facilities in the area. Have been to WP Malakal a few times in the past, and will continue when I visit Palau for my dive trips.'
