« It is a gorgeous property with lots of fun amenities...perfect for a winter getaway »

« The home was lovely and well-appointed and was very comfortable for 6 adults. The house was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, and cooking utensils, etc...There is a bathroom on each of the three floors which was very convenient - showers on the second and third floors. The house is very close to Middlebury College and the main shopping district - about a one minute drive. Our stay was very comfortable - thank you. »

« We were 8 people coming to VT to watch our girls play lacrosse at Middlebury. The house is as pictured and perfect for large groups. We really had a great time, it was spacious and perfect for hanging out with a large group. We wished the weather was better so we could use the fire pit. The owner of the property was very easy to deal with and very accommodating. We would all definitely stay here again and recommend a stay at this house. Some of us even said it would be perfect for a small...

« The house is quant and has a good view of the lake. The rocking chairs on the deck were nice to relax and watch the water. The kitchen is stocked with essentials and all the things that you would need which was great. The beds are extremely firm which wasn’t ideal for us. The nearby towns of Brandon and Middlebury had lots of things to do so that was nice to explore the area. Now, in the description there is no mention of the three homes the house is surrounded by which was incredibly...

« Our stay at Herons watch was wonderful. The house was clean and stocked with everything we could ever want and need. We brought our boat and launched it at the bridge which was easy and the ride on the lake back to the house was smooth and easy. The views are awesome. We enjoyed family meals and sitting on the porch , had a camp fire, played games, fished and relaxed. I highly recommend this home for a quality vacation thank you »

« My family of four stayed 3 nights here and really enjoyed the lakeside views and fire pit. The beds were comfortable but other inside seating areas were not conducive for gathering. With a heavy emphasis on rustic charm, the place did not appear to be well maintained. There were active spiders and spiderwebs in many corners of the house. The couch was visibly dirty and ripped. The kitchen and bathroom sinks were chipped and stained. We were also asked to bring our own firewood, wash our own...
