'Our stay was wonderful! The cabin feels remote, but it is easy to find. Every detail is so well curated that it would be wonderful to live there! The hosts were lovely and excellent communicators. Left us a welcoming note, as well as Vermont-made goodies: cheese, crackers and chocolates.The stone fireplace is the star of the show! 'Everything was great about the stay. Even though it was October the kids got to use the pool for two days. The hot tub was also enjoyed. Loved the fireplace. Everything was a distance but we knew that was the case. We enjoyed Fort Ticonderoga and going into VT to Rutland and Woodstock. We did the rail ride in Thurman and enjoyed timenin Lake George Village. We were there for Oktoberfest. We also enjoyed the outlets as the last stop before we left the area. It is definitely a place for relaxation...

'We had a wonderful time. Dave and Miken were excellent hosts. The goats were a true delight! It was also sweet to see the ducks and meet a lovely dog named Poe.Although the room was in the barn it was well-insulated and barely smelled of the goats. With the heater and heavy blankets it was easy to keep warm, and the shower had plenty of hot water and nice soaps. Only unexpected part was a unique toilet which required some instruction to use. Using it was quite easy though and we quickly adapted...

'The owners of the property are amazing. We messaged them requesting information on the surrounding area and things to do and they sent us a very accurate and detailed list. We also asked about them decorating and hanging a banner prior to our arrival. They hung it and decorated the cabin prior to our arrival. We booked the cabin for a bachelorette trip and we had a great time. No complaints just great times! Will book this cabin again. '
