'The guy who was there (the owner?) was very nice and the place was just what we needed. Maybe it was because we had ridden up from Galveston on our motorcycles and were very tired but everything was perfect. The room was nice and clean, the beds were comfy, the AC was freezing cold, I really couldn't have asked for a better stay. The one item to note was that the toilet was lower than a normal toilet which was fine for us but could be a challenge for seniors.'

'The Cabin itself was just OKAY, Beds, Tv and a roof. Our A/c wasn't great barely worked they had a fan in there but it wasn't helping much we ended up buying another fan to make it bearable. I don't blame the camp the temperature was in the 100s the two nights we stayed,
The grounds themselves were awesome lots to do, clean and well taken care off. Staff was friendly and helpful.'

'We loved the seclusion! It was a beautiful home with the perfect amount of space. We enjoyed being by the River for a beautiful view. We did go and explore the river area. Just know that you do have to use a rope to climb down and back up a steep bank. It didn’t bother our adventurous family and it added another memory to our trip! Be aware as you drive, that you will be driving down a winding road with very rocky terrain. Just a heads up if you have a little car or small tires! We were checked...
