'no breakfast or only late due to several useless excuses. Only one towel and has to ask for fresh one. Lights, plugs on un-logic locations. No proper bed sheets. Building still under construction. Maybe good place for tourists not for business people.'

'The information about the space is inaccurate. Definitely more than 32 sq ft.- possibly wrong units. The Picture and the descriptors used: Deluxe, Studio and Suite are an overestimation. It is simply a studio. Telling it as it is reduces the shock you get when you are shown your room. My balcony was unusable as it has been converted to store broken furniture. Just discard the spoilt chair and keep the mops et al elsewhere'

'I have worked with an international hotel in the US for 27 years and have stayed at different hotels all over the world. I think cleanliness, security guest services are my priorities. Signature Apartments in Accra even though not a hotel, proved that they have a spot amongst 4 star hotels. I enjoyed my stay. The only problem was the uncontrollable hot water during shower. Overall, I rate the service 10/10. Jennifer, my agent was superb.'
