'The property is run down and very much in need of major updating. The wallpaper in the bathroom was literally peeling off of the walls. One set of elevators completely out of order. The pool area was not well kept and surrounding landscaping neglected. The hot water in the shower was tepid at best. We were extremely disappointed in the appearance of the property as compared to the pictures online.'

'Clean Had a little problem with housecleaning but was taken care of immediately. Staff was friendly Advertising is false due to the fact you cannot walk from the pool straight to the beach. You have to walk from the pool across a 4 Lane Highway before you can go to the beach.'

'As someone originally from the Gulf Coast who came back home to visit family, I can honestly say Centennial Plaza exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the property smelled fresh, clean, and welcoming. The room and bed were absolutely immaculate — honestly felt as if the hotel had just opened. Everything was pristine and beautifully maintained. What truly stood out was the level of service. Housekeeping came daily without us even having to call — changing trash, refreshing...

'Floor felt dirty. The mattress did not feel comfortable bc it felt like it’s been slept on so many times like it’s 15 years old. No extra blanket in the sheets. Just a thin layer cover. Had an indoor closet with no rod to hang clothes. Saw a roach in bathroom. No breakfast bar. Easy to walk to Woody’s or Waffle House. The view from the hotel beach was glorious.'

'Where do I start, entered the room and the temperature was 62, ok I get it, but then I tried to lock our door and it would not lock, so I tried to call the front office, but the phone did not work, so I checked the rest of the room, tv did not work, floors were dirty, sheets were stained, sand in shower. So with the list I went to the office and reported the findings, I was escorted back with a guy and his grandson and the man checked the room, while his grandson was trying to go thru our items...
