AUTUMN COLOR, PRIVATE POND & HOT-TUB EVENINGS
Escape to Hillside Estate in Bernhards Bay: a private country retreat on approximately 50 wooded acres, with three bedrooms, one bathroom and room for up to six guests. Enjoy colorful autumn woods, crisp country air, fishing from your own pond dock, and a soak in the private hot tub after a day outdoors.

YOUR PRIVATE RETREAT
One king bedroom and two queen bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping space. The home includes a full kitchen and open dining and living areas. Outside, enjoy the hot tub, gazebo, stamped-concrete patio, outdoor chiminea, pond and dock. The pond is home to bass, bluegill and catfish. Guests have private use of the home and listed outdoor amenities during their stay. Pets are welcome only with approval.

FALL & WINTER ADVENTURES
In autumn, slow down with pond fishing, colorful wooded scenery and relaxed evenings at the house. Hunting on the property may be considered only after discussion and explicit host permission before booking; it is not included or automatically permitted.
In winter, use Hillside as a base for regional snowmobiling, ice fishing on Oneida Lake, and skiing day trips to Woods Valley or the Osceola area. These are off-property outings that require driving. Snow, safe ice, trail openings and ski-area operations vary; confirm conditions and access before planning your outing. The house is on a private pond, not directly on Oneida Lake. Plan to trailer snowmobiles to designated trail access.

PLAN YOUR STAY
A vehicle is required; rideshare and delivery service may be limited. In winter, use a vehicle appropriate for snow and check road conditions before arrival. Spring can be muddy, and wildlife, insects and changing outdoor conditions are normal in this rural environment. The home uses spring water. Children must be supervised and pets kept leashed near the pond, dock, hot tub, stream and wooded terrain.
This is not a party venue. Only quiet, pre-approved small gatherings are permitted, and overnight occupancy may not exceed six. Secure all trash to avoid attracting wildlife.
Optional one-way transportation between Syracuse Hancock International Airport and Hillside Estate may be available for up to six passengers for $125. Request at least seven days in advance; subject to approval and availability.
