'We arrived on Monday August 24th.. our original room was not ready.. when I did request an early check-in do to my husband’s health issues.. my request was not meet.. therefore they put us in another room.. which we were told we were going to overlook a garden.. well I don’t call looking out at a huge tree a garden.. so we were upgraded to a room overlooking the pool.. which was very lovely, however , we had to pay for the upgrade of $160 a night..we felt we should not have had to pay the...

'Not worth the price. No airport shuttle is offered. Hardly any toiletries offered in the room. Food is mediocre at best. The decor is basic and old fashioned which I could understand if it wasn’t for the fact that the whole place needs a DEEP DEEP clean. The industrial air conditioning unit in the room is so loud that it makes it impossible to sleep with it being turned on. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7:30am when the morning scuba diving boat leaves at 8am, leaving you nowhere near enough...

'The staff was wonderful - very helpful. The property is aged and we did see roaches and rats. The dining chairs are stained with bird poop. Food was good - better in the dining hall that required reservations. My family enjoyed the stay.'
