'The king suite with sofa sleeper room was our room. The mattress on the sofa sleeper has obviously never been replaced but was extremely well used. If you are going to advertise the room as having a sofa sleeper you need to replace the mattresses or just advertise it as a king room with sofa.'

'We booked 3 rooms for 2 adults and 2 children in each room. We were assigned rooms with one king bed and a pull out. We were not given sheets or pillows for the pull out so the entire stay was uncomfortable. It happy at the rate we paid. '

'I had reserved a king bed hotel room, and with no notification from the hotel, was given a 2 bed standard room. When I inquired about this at the desk, I wasn't given a good reason for the change or why no notification to me was made. Just that they changed it in the system and there was not any king beds actually available. Other than this, we did enjoy the pool.'

'The property was clean. However, be aware that there is no elevator to 2nd floor and the first floor was not ground level. Had to use small set of stairs to get to first floor rooms. No coffee in the room, which is unusual these days. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was typical continental. It was okay. All in all it was an okay stay. Main thing is it was clean and convenient for a one night stay.'

'Ian, the night desk clerk was very helpful and pleasant. This morning Jeff and a young lady were both very friendly and helpful as well. They pointed out things of interest to me, I heard them doing the same to other travelers, and I heard Jeff asking other travelers what they thought of things they did the previous day.
Room was clean, did not notice anything that needed attention. The only thing, it was nice having soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash accessible, the hand soap is...

'Room wasn't very clean - washed down the bathroom door myself before I would touch it. Reserved a double bed room and they over booked so had to accept a room with a pull out couch that was not comfortable in any way. Breakfast was par. A lot of Holiday Inn Express are nice - this one could use an upgrade. '

'My stay was great! Staff was very accommodating. Only problem was checking in. I was the only one checking in and it took about 30 minutes due to computer issues. They worked diligently and finally got me in my room. Definitely will stay here again!'

'The room was not in good space. The bed sheets were dirty and blanket has burn marks on them. The bottom wall by the floor was sticking out with nails. Right outside the parking lot area there are people sleeping in cars. The only good thing I can say about the motel is the staff was helpful at front desk about checking in and out'
