'Staff was friendly and the breakfast was great.'

'Clean comfortable room. Nice staff, and a good breakfast. Can’t ask for much more.'

'Upon arriving I was greeted with great hospitality by Roxanne . The room was extremely clean in every aspect. The happy hour was phenomenal. I will always choose Drury Inn in Collinsville to stay, and I will also recommend for others to stay at this location.'

'I have stayed here off and on for 5 years. First thing was they asked for my credit card to charge incidental, $40.00. If I didn't have issues, I would get it back. The second thing was my room, 218, was so covered up in strong room deodorant, it choked me, made my eyes water. It was terrible. I talked to housekeeping who stated some use strong deodorant and some use not so strong. After unpacking. All of my clothes, shoes, etc smells like it. I had to wash my clothes twice I think you...

'Goed hotel als uitvalsbasis om stad te verkennen'

'All I wanted to do was shower and the shower didn’t work and the staff acted like it didn’t matter.'

'Place was nice did have some bugs and a little sketch outside at night but besides that place was okay would stay again if needed'

'Vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt, propere kamer '

'Older property with no extras, Clean and updated rooms.'

'My stay was just okay. The breakfast wasn't that great. The coffee was good & the fried eggs were good. The floor around the breakfast area was sticky underfoot both days. We did find a bug in our bathroom & was kind of nervous after that experience. The bed was decent but the remote control was sticky. I most probably would not return to this location.'

'Got kicked out do to my kids which was fine but the way the owner talked to me nd my family as if we where the scum of the earth… after paying over $400 for a 2 night stay I will never again stay here'
