From this room, you access the master bedroom, which has a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Additionally, there is an independent bathroom with bathtub and a practical laundry room.



The GROUND FLOOR offers another cosy lounge with SAT/TDT TV and ceiling fan. The fully equipped kitchen, with ceramic hob and dishwasher, has direct access to the pool. On this floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and another with three single beds. A bathroom with shower is included. It is important to note that this floor does not have air conditioning, as it naturally stays cool.



The exterior of the villa is a private paradise, with a spacious terrace that houses a 5x10 metre pool, an outdoor shower and a summer kitchen with a charming brick barbecue. This space is perfect for enjoying outdoor meals and relaxing in cosy corners.
