Our home is a four (4) bedroom duplex with 4.5 baths. All 4 bedrooms are ensuite with private bathrooms. Rooms also come standard with Smart TVs, Bose soundbar 700 and bass module 700 premium sound systems, Yamaha TSR receiver 5.1.2 capable systems with active 2.1 channels currently in use and LG 2.1 Soundbar system. They also come with Amazon Alexa voice control devices for voice automation, wifi smoke detectors, smart switches, wardrobes, artistic wall arts and the best cozy feeling all for your pleasure and comfort!

Regarding other spaces, our home comes with a Sport's lounge with a snooker board, smart tv and Yamaha RX V481 5.1 channel receiver with 2.1 channel currently active, smart switches and a half bath for convenience. Our living room comes equipped with a 85 inch smart tv paired with dolby atmos enabled Bose Soundbar 900 and bass module 700 sound system, smart switches and Amazon Alexa voice control device. Our kitchen comes standard with all appliances, Amazon Alexa device and smart switches. We also have an in house LG washer/dryer so you can do your light laundry for you or the kids while you enjoy our home. Home is also backed with a 12kva SRNE hybrid inverter, 32KWH batteries and a generator. We also have a cinema room which comes standard with the latest UST (Ultra Short Throw) projector from Hisense. Paired with our projector is another Yamaha TSR 5.1.2 dolby atmos receiver with full 5.1.2 channels for a true cinematic feel when watching movies and a small Amazon Alexa device for voice automation. Finally our home comes with a private game room with a wall mounted Sony Playstation 5 with two (2) controllers. We also have retro Nitendo 64 systems on request for 80s and early 90s fellas who want to relive the Golden Eye 007 experience of the 90s. Finally, we have an upstairs and downstairs balcony for morning or evening relaxation!
