Welcome to our spacious AirBNB in Bendorf near Koblenz! Our home can accommodate up to 22 guests and is ideal for family reunions and large groups. On request, we can set up to 40 beds with the neighboring building.
Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails through picturesque landscapes. We offer many entertainment gadgets such as foosball, pool table, boxing machine. A stay in our accommodation will be a fun experience!

Welcome to our spacious 360 square meter house, which extends over three floors and allows you to have an eventful stay in Bendorf, near Koblenz. The combination of comfort and entertainment is the focus here.
As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by our inviting hallway, which houses an extensive game zone. Whether you are traveling as a large group or in smaller units, you will find everything your heart desires here. A private billiard room, a men's room with a poker table and Nintendo Switch, foosball table, X-Box with screen and even a photo corner for fun souvenir photos with friends, teammates or family.
From the hallway you can also access our relaxing wellness area in the courtyard behind the house. The sauna, the whirlpool, the outdoor shower and the waterfall bucket promise pure relaxation.
The second floor of the spacious house houses four of our five bedrooms. The queen-size beds invite you to get a good night's sleep, and clothes rails and counter space are available in each bedroom. The fifth bedroom on the top floor has a well-equipped children's play area with cool gimmicks such as plasticine, colouring books and pencils.
The large living and dining area as well as the kitchen are also located on the third and top floor. The inviting, cozy couch invites you to linger while the smart TV and our game consoles keep you entertained. A cool karaoke box is also available if you feel like singing.
In the kitchen, you can use our basic equipment of appliances to prepare great dishes, chill drinks and spend quality time at the sumptuous dining table. A basic stock of Nespresso capsules and a filter machine are available here for coffee enjoyment.
We would like to make your stay with us even more unforgettable and provide you with our gas grill (gas excluded) and charcoal grill for cozy barbecue evenings. For our esteemed Muslim guests, we offer an additional charcoal grill upon request We attach great importance to ensuring that every guest feels completely comfortable with us With this option, we want to ensure that the culinary requirements of all religions are respected and taken into account If you are interested in the additional charcoal grill or have further questions, our team is always available to you.

Access to our Rheinsteig chalet is by means of a key for the outside door, which is located in the key safe, which is attached next to the entrance. This key also grants access to the wellness area in the outdoor complex. During your stay, the entire place will be at your disposal.

Getting Around:
Getting around RheinsteigChalet is easy! We offer free parking on the street. For those arriving by train, Bendorf station is conveniently located nearby, offering connections to regional and national rail lines. The journey to Koblenz Hauptbahnhof (main train station) takes approximately 15 minutes by car or taxi, providing access to a wider network of transportation options. From Koblenz, you can easily connect to major cities and airports. The Frankfurt Airport (FRA) is about a 1-hour and 15-minute drive away. Local buses also run regularly through Bendorf, providing access to surrounding areas. We recommend checking local schedules for the most up-to-date information.

Outdoor area: In the months of November to March, the use of the outdoor shower and the waterfall bucket cannot be guaranteed due to possible sub-zero temperatures.We ask for your understanding.
Heating: The heating is set to 22 degrees Celsius throughout the house. Changes to the radiators are not possible.
To use the multi-room system, additional free software (SONOS S2) is required. Further information can be found in the entrance area of the accommodation.
Please note that if a guest checks in on the same day another guest checks out, the hot tub may not be at operating temperature yet as it will have been freshly filled and cleaned.
The reception in the accommodation is very poor because it is located in a forest. We recommend using Wi-Fi calling to avoid communication issues.
We have no objections to birthday celebrations, but please ensure that the noise level is kept down outside. Do not use speakers or loudspeakers outdoors, and avoid loud shouting or other noise disturbances. We want to make sure that all guests and neighbors can enjoy their stay peacefully.
In the event of increased cleaning requirements, we must charge a fee of 200 euros. This includes additional tasks such as deep cleaning heavily soiled areas and removing excessive waste. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping the accommodation clean and well-maintained for all guests.
The checkout time of 10 a.m. must be strictly adhered to as we collaborate with external cleaning companies that need to start their work promptly. This ensures that the accommodation is ready and in perfect condition for the next guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
