The Space:

This freshly renovated character home blends original Victorian-era details - high ceilings, decorative cornices and timber floors - with a warm, modern fit-out throughout.



The main bedroom features a queen bed and a private ensuite with single vanity, large shower and toilet. The second bedroom offers another queen bed, ample storage and carefully selected furnishings. A third bedroom is set up with a single bed and trundle, ideal for kids, families or an extra guest, along with a desk and chair if anyone needs to work away from home. A shared bathroom is available to all guests, with shower over bath and beautiful double vanity with mirror.



The open-plan kitchen is fitted with a gas cooktop, oven, large French Door fridge and an island bench with bar seating. This kitchen flows into a dining area and a light-filled lounge with a leather sofa and flat screen TV. Complete with a washing machine, dryer and ducted heating and cooling, this home is comfortable for use year-round.



With space for up to 6 guests and a central Bendigo location (5 minutes from Bendigo Marketplace and Bendigo CBD), this home suits families, groups of friends, or anyone wanting a stylish base to explore the city.

PortaCot Available:

We have a PortaCot available for guests to use, that is stored offsite. If you would like to use it, there is a $50 fee.

Please note:



- Guests must request the PortaCot at least 48 hours before their arrrival.

- Linen is not provided for the PortaCot; guests will need to bring their own. All other linen is supplied for the property.

- If the PortaCot has been reserved by another guest, it may be unavailable for your stay

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire property.

Public transport options are available nearby, and rideshare services including Uber, along with local taxis, operate within the area.
