This single level vacation rental home is perfectly situated on a quiet lot in the heart of Sunriver across the street to the ball fields, playground and tennis courts at Fort Rock Park! Step inside 4 Awbrey to find spacious living, dining and kitchen areas. The living room features a large sectional sofa, Smart TV with a Bluetooth Soundbar, cable and DVD player, and a cozy, wood burning fireplace.

Large windows let in ample sunlight, making this the perfect spot to curl up with a good book. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything your group might need to host a dinner party - lots of counter space and great, stainless appliances including a glass top range will make meal prep a breeze. Dine at the adjacent table with seats for six, or grab a spot and watch the action from one of the 4 kitchen bar stools.

The back deck invites you to enjoy the peace and quiet behind the home and is standing ready with a gas BBQ, patio and lounge seating, and a private hot tub! You will get a great night's sleep in one of the three bedrooms located at the end of the hall. The Ensuite has a King bed, TV and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. One of the guest bedrooms has a comfortable Queen bed, and the other is great for the kids with 2 Twin beds and a Smart TV. A guest bathroom with tub/shower combination is located in the hall near the bedrooms. 

When you are ready to explore Sunriver, take a short stroll over to Fort Rock Park or head off on one of the bikes - Fort Rock Park is less than a mile down the bike path and you'll never have to cross a road!  The Village at Sunriver, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all accessible within a few mile radius of this Sunriver vacation rental. Fish the Fall River or Crane Prairie Reservoir for a nearby excursion. Looking for wintertime fun? Try snowshoeing on the fairways or head up to Mt. Bachelor, just a mere 20 miles from your front door.

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Overall everything was great.Very centrally located. We floated down the river from the marina. We were able to have a wonderful dinner at the top of the mountain. We Bbq’d, and the Hot Tub is Amazing.The check in process and days leading up were fabulous, and check out was a breeze.

Excellent get-away with all you need

We absolutely loved this house and our stay. We were very impressed by the cleanliness and provided supplies upon arrival. It had the perfect set up for our little family. Kid/teen room for our 2 teens on the opposite end of the house from the master suite. Master bed was very comfortable and spacious. Hot tub was very cozy and private with a nice deck for enjoying morning coffee. Loved being so close to Fort Rock park to walk over with our dogs. Plenty of bikes for everyone , all in good shape. We loved it so much we wish we could have stayed longer. We definitely would stay here again. Thank you so much for the great time!

A comfortable place to stay and a great location being next to Fort Rock Park. A very well stocked kitchen except for glass wear. The beds were comfortable. Could use some better lighting in the livingroom. And the carpet was worn and had some odor.

This home is located in a quiet spot close to Fort Rock park and the Sharc. The home's layout is great too! While the location and single story aspects of the home are excellent, there were some things that cast a slight shadow on an otherwise lovely stay. These are all things the owner / manager could repair to increase their ratings. These include but are not limited to: Many chipped plates and dishes, lowest grade paper products, Squishy, squeaky floors, Deferred Maintenance, ... This house overall is definitely good enough but could be a 5* with some attention and maintenance.

We loved our stay! The location is perfect, across the street down a short path from fort rock park. Large spacious family room with really comfortable sofa. Wonderful updates and decor that modernize the space. Beds were comfortable and hot tub was well used. Perfect for 4 adults, room for 6. Highly recommend!

This was a great property for our girls trip. We were very close walking distance to the park which was great for the kids. It was just a short drive to the Village. The house was clean and spacious with everything we could have needed! I would definitely rent this property again.

A great Covid 40th birthday spot!

I was bummed to have to turn 40 in a pandemic, and miss out in a party with my friends and family. So, we decided to have a safe getaway with our kids to at least make it special. We were so impressed by this house! It was cute and cozy, very clean, and had all we needed. The kitchen has all the essentials, and we really appreciated that! We will definitely come back to this house in the future. We love Sunriver, and this house definitely helped make my birthday a happy one.

House was great size and access to trails were good.

Everything was set up nicely. I would Only ask for liquid hand soap with all the COVID stuff. There was no hand soap In kitchen. Bikes were wonderful to have and fireplace was nice. Overall it was a great weekend.
